In this secure Zoom session, David helps you make sense of alcohol or other drug use, process addictions (gambling, pornography, sex), anxiety, depression, burnout and high‑pressure life demands. Speak openly at your own pace and leave with practical next steps you can act on between sessions.

Online Therapy Session (Zoom)

Meet David at our Balmain consulting space for focused, in‑depth support. Ideal if you prefer the contained feel of a room and fewer online distractions. We’ll explore alcohol & other drugs, process addictions, anxiety, depression, work strain or relationship fallout—and map practical change that fits real‑world pressures. Please walk through the large green doors and continue until you approach the wooden stair case on your left (about 50 metres). Walk to the top of the stair case and take a seat on they grey lounges and David will call for you at the time of your appointment. Please do not knock on the practice doors as sometimes David’s session times need to be extended for clients experiencing crisis.

A 60-minute private video consultation including a comprehensive clinical assessment, personalised recovery roadmap and 7-day post-session email support.
